Photo Guidelines

Last updated: October 9, 2026
These rules are intended to explain how Twunked operates in plain language. They should be reviewed and adjusted for your business, payment setup, jurisdiction, and actual data practices before relying on them as legal advice.

1. Only upload photos you are allowed to share

You must own the photo or have permission and any necessary rights to upload and display it on Twunked. Do not upload another person's private or copyrighted photo without permission.

2. Adults only

Twunked is exclusively for members aged 18 or older. Members must provide a truthful date of birth during registration. The entered birthday is self-reported, not independent proof of age.

Every person appearing in an uploaded photo must have been at least 18 when the photo was created and must still be an adult when it is uploaded. No photos of minors are permitted on Twunked, even if those people have since turned 18. When age or consent is uncertain, do not upload the image.

3. Consent and intimate imagery

  • You must have the right to share the image and the permission of every identifiable person depicted.
  • Each person shown must have consented to the image being made and shared, including the intended use on Twunked.
  • No non-consensual intimate imagery, secretly recorded material, or photos shared to embarrass, threaten, harass, blackmail, or retaliate against someone.
  • No deceptive impersonation or using another person's images without appropriate rights and consent.

4. Allowed photos and prohibited nudity

Allowed non-explicit photos: Shirtless photos, swimwear, underwear, tasteful suggestive poses, and implied nudity may be permitted only when all prohibited intimate areas remain fully covered and there is no depiction of sexual activity. Twunked does not allow exposed private parts or sexually explicit images. Calling something “soft-core” does not make a prohibited image acceptable.

Never allowed: Exposed genitals, an exposed anus, or bare buttocks; see-through clothing or inadequate coverings that reveal those parts; actual or simulated intercourse, oral sex, masturbation, sexual touching, or other sexual acts; or sexually explicit, graphic, or lascivious focus on intimate areas, including when parts are blurred, concealed, or partially covered.

These rules apply to profile pictures, galleries, contest submissions, and images shared through every other Twunked feature, including private areas. If you are unsure whether a photo qualifies, choose a less revealing photo. Twunked may reject borderline material.

5. Prohibited photo content

  • Any photograph or depiction of a person who was under 18 when the image was created, or any material involving child sexual exploitation or abuse.
  • Any exposed genitals, anus, bare buttocks, sexual activity, masturbation, sexually explicit displays, or inadequate or transparent covering, regardless of how a photo is labeled.
  • Photos that violate anyone's consent, privacy, likeness, copyright, or other legal rights.
  • Illegal content; graphic violence; credible threats; or content encouraging serious harm.
  • Hateful or dehumanizing content targeting protected characteristics.
  • Impersonation, fraud, scams, or deceptive identity claims.
  • Private documents, passwords, home addresses, or other sensitive personal information posted without authorization.
  • Malware, malicious QR codes, or content meant to compromise another person's device or account.

6. Photo quality and relevance

Photos should be viewable, relevant to the profile or contest where they are posted, and not intentionally misleading. Twunked may reject corrupted files, duplicate spam, extreme watermarks, advertisements, or images that do not fit the purpose of a feature or contest.

7. Ratings

Photos may receive 1-to-5-star ratings from other members. By submitting a public photo to a rating area, you understand that other members may assign ratings you disagree with. Harassment, coordinated vote manipulation, bots, fake accounts, or attempts to artificially alter ratings are not allowed.

8. Contest entries

  • Every contest image must meet these Photo Guidelines and the specific contest's rules.
  • A contest image must be approved by a moderator before being displayed publicly or treated as a published entry. Submitting an image does not guarantee approval or eligibility.
  • Do not submit the same or substantially identical photo from multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Do not manipulate votes, ratings, eligibility, payment status, or contest ranking.
  • Twunked may remove or disqualify submissions that violate the rules or show suspicious activity.

9. Moderation

Moderator approval is required: Every photo submitted for public display must be reviewed and approved by a Twunked moderator before appearing publicly. While review is pending, submission does not guarantee publication. Moderators may reject, restrict, or remove photos that are prohibited, appear unlawful, create safety or consent concerns, or do not meet the purpose of a feature or contest.

Twunked may review reported content again after approval, and approval does not prove a person's age or consent or guarantee compliance with every applicable law. Private-feature content must follow these same rules; do not assume that approval of public photos means all private communications are pre-screened.

10. Reporting

If you believe a photo violates these guidelines, your rights, or the law, use the reporting or support method available on Twunked. Provide enough information to identify the content and explain the concern.

11. Age, consent, and required documentation

By submitting an image, you represent that everyone shown was at least 18 when the image was created, is an adult at the time of upload, and gave any necessary permission for its creation and sharing. You also confirm that your content does not include the prohibited nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit displays described above.

Twunked may request evidence relating to age, identity, rights, or consent when reasonably needed for safety, a content report, or a legal obligation. Members should provide sensitive documents only through a secure, official verification channel and never through a public post or ordinary member message.

A registration birthday and moderator approval do not, by themselves, constitute verified government identification. These guidelines do not authorize sexually explicit material or waive any applicable legal age-verification, recordkeeping, reporting, or other requirements.
