Twunked Photo Policy

This Photo Policy explains what types of photos are allowed on Twunked. By uploading photos, you agree to follow this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Age Requirement

Twunked is for users 18 years of age or older. Photos involving anyone under 18 are strictly prohibited.

2. Allowed Photos

Users may upload photos such as:

Profile photos.
Selfies.
Casual social photos.
Non-explicit body photos.
Shirtless photos.
Underwear photos no see threw or wet.
Gallery photos that follow site rules.

3. Not Allowed

The following photos are not allowed:

Photos involving minors.
Illegal content.
Nude or sexually explicit content.
Graphic violence or gore.
Harassment, hate, or threatening content.
Photos uploaded without permission.
Copyrighted photos you do not own or have permission to use.
Fake, misleading, impersonation, or stolen photos.
Photos containing private information such as addresses, phone numbers, or IDs.

4. Underwear and Non-Nude Photos

Non-nude photos may be allowed as long as they are not sexually explicit, illegal, or in violation of this policy. Twunked may remove any photo that appears inappropriate for the community.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for any photo you upload. You must have the legal right to upload and share the photo.

6. Moderation

Twunked may remove photos at any time if they violate this policy, receive valid reports, or are considered harmful to the community.

7. Reports

Users can report photos that appear to violate this policy. False or abusive reports may result in account restrictions.

8. Repeat Violations

Users who repeatedly upload prohibited photos may have uploads disabled, lose access to site features, or be permanently banned.

9. VIP Members

VIP members may receive increased gallery limits, but VIP status does not exempt anyone from this Photo Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

Twunked may update this Photo Policy at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
